A mood disorder marked by extreme mood swings, including emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression). These shifts can impact sleep, energy levels, behavior, and the ability to think clearly.

3. Depression (Major Depressive Disorder)

A common but serious mood disorder that causes persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in activities. It affects how a person feels, thinks, and handles daily activities.

7. Psychosocial Stressors

8. Alcohol and Drug Addiction (Substance Use Disorders)
